All tickets are delivered electronically via email.

No physical shipping is required.

  • Delivery is made within 24 hours before the event

Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.


3. Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your tickets will be sent in a separate email closer to the event date.


4. Not Receiving Your Tickets

If you do not receive your tickets:

We will assist you as quickly as possible.

There are no shipping fees, as all tickets are delivered digitally.
